Recieved the Hetzer H7 scooter, seat doesn't line up and can't attach, battery only holds charge around 10ks, I have sent three emails and left messages on both phone numbers supplied and no response
Nothing to dislike with this product, boots along to the last cell in the battery 🔋. Smooth and comfortable to ride. 1 gear for travelling on footpaths with enough power to chug along with traffic. Love ❤️ it worth every dollar.
My son loves it
The Hetzer H7 E Scooter is great value for money. It is faster, durable, suspension is great, hydraulic brakes are great, LED lights are great, pneumatic tyres are great and overall looks great and price is good. This scooter is perfect for my requirements.
The scooter is well designed. I do like the heavy-duty overall feel of the scooter. I did have to redo a few bolts on it but hey transport what can you do.
You won't be disappointed with the H7, it's acceleration is very good especially with me being 95kg. It can definitely climb hills with ease and just feel sturdy at high speed.
After purchase support:
I had an issue with the battery where I was only getting 3 to 4km out of every charge. But no issues at all with Hetzer, I sent a message to the store via their website..they sorted it out same day.. they shipped a new battery to me.
It's great to deal with decent support and how quickly they help is just a fresh breath of air.. you can be reassured that any issues you have will be met with quick and decisive response.
